Microwave Chicken Parm Illness - Sam's Club, Timonium Maryland

4 months ago reported by user-rnvt2245 business

Sam's Club, Baltimore, Timonium, MD, USA

15 Texas Station Court, Timonium, 21093 Maryland, United States

My son purchased Chicken Parm from Sam's Club yesterday afternoon from 4:40-5:00. He microwaved it for 2 minutes and then ate with his brother. After 2 hours, my older son had sharp abdominal pain nauseous and diarrhea. He told me he almost died when he sat on the toilet. He couldn't breathe because of the pain. I saw his face was pale and body weak when he told me that news. My younger son had the same symptoms as his brother. He couldn't get out of bed this morning. Because of abdominal pain, he couldn't sleep the whole night. Only I didn't eat it, so I am okay. I called Sam's Club service people a few times. They are not taking it seriously and do not care about the issue. They didn't ask my children if it was. Just let me call them back tomorrow because their manager is in a meeting now. That is not my first time getting not fresh food. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain

That does not look like Chicken Parm. It looks like Rotini with Chicken and Alfredo Sauce. Not much sauce though.
