Cotton Candy Grapes Illness - Sam's Club, Mentor Ohio

I bought a container of Red Dragon Cotton Candy grapes from here on 1/25/22. I came home and ate some and a few hours later I felt a pain in my stomach. I eventually fell asleep and woke up about an hour and a half later with diarrhea which turned into lightheadedness, sweating, and vomiting with the stomach pain through the night. As time went on the vomiting stopped but am left with a headache, queasiness, and diarrhea. Overall do not feel good. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Headache, Sweating, Lightheaded, Stomach Pain
