Pre-Sliced Pineapple Illness - Sam's Club, Grand Junction Colorado

Pineapple purchased from Sam’s club on 5/2/26. Pre sliced. I was only one in household who ate pineapple. I had a bowl of it several nights in a row. I’ve had horrible diarrhea for two days. Horrible headache, chills, weak. So miserable. I know that it’s the pineapple. It’s aggravating that Sam’s sold pineapple that expired in two days. It does have a very strange wine type smell. I wish I would have noticed the date. It was an online pickup order. I’m so extremely sick. Blood in stool a little while ago. 4 of us in family ar ao so sick. 4 out of 4”5 of us ate pineapple. So it’s pineapple | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, Headache, Chills, Weakness
