I had their bakery blueberry muffin and about an hour or 2 later I had diarrhea. It eventually stopped but the next night I had another and within the next hour I had severe stomach pain, diarrhea, chills, was up all night due to the pain, and vomiting.

Sidenote: I had 2 chocolate muffins as well, 1 the day before the first blueberry muffin and the other the next morning before the night of the second blueberry muffin and did not get sick. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Chills
