I purchased The Manicotti from Sam's Club in Odessa Texas Yesterday afternoon on October 28th. My Girlfriend and I ate it later on that night. Woke up the next day in the Morning both with Diarrhea and now I am throwing up horribley. I am just reporting it, because I do not want anyone else to go through this. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
