Purchased a bag of Member's Mark frozen Mahi Mahi, product of Peru on June 18. I drove straight home and put the frozen product in the freezer. Cooked four of the filets this evening for dinner. Air fried them from frozen. I cooked until my food thermometer said 145 for the thickest filet. The filets flaked nicely. Within an hour, my husband and I are sick to our stomachs. We've both thrown up and have not had great #2 trips. He has severe case of the sweats. We are both miserable. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Chills, Headache
