Elderly Hospitalized After Salad - Sandia Resort & Casino, Albuquerque New Mexico

On 4/16 my 86 year old Mom ate at the Sandia Resort and Casino. This was a function sponsored by Presbyterian Hospital. She reported to me that she ate a salad with a clear type dressing. Within 5 to 15 minutes she was in the bathroom with intense pain in her stomach and vomiting and diarrhea. She collapsed and had to be transported by ambulance to Presbyterian Hospital. She spent 3 nights in the Hospital as a result of this food poisoning. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Soreness
