Chicken Melt Illness Report - Costco, Nashville Tennessee

On March 8, 2025, at around 7:30 PM, I came down with uncontrollable vomiting and diarrhea that lasted into the early morning of March 9, 2025. Later into March 9, 2025, the diarrhea stopped but I was continuing to vomit. I was unable to leave my bed until March 10, 2025.

I suspect it was caused by a Sandwich Bros. Chicken Melt that we'd ordered online from Costco and that I'd eaten earlier in the afternoon of March 8. I'm unable to remember when we ordered the chicken melts. The other ones in the package were fine. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
