Frozen Enchilada Illness - Amy's Kitchen, Ceres California

I bought a bunch of Amy's dinners. I ate one January 28, 2021. I have never had any previous issues, but about 2 hours after eating the enchilada dinner, I became seriously ill. Extreme vomiting, diarrhea, body aches, fever, chills from about 4pm to 4am. Saw a doctor and he said it was food poisoning. Took a COVID test to be safe and it was negative. The Amy's dinner was the only thing I had eaten the day I got so sick. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Chills, Body Ache
