When I woke this morning , Stouffer’s Bistro Melts Grilled Chicken Parmesan I ate it around 11 pm or midnight. Woke up at 740 am with a sour stomach and stomach cramps. Drank water & my body is trying to eliminate it but NOT via diarrhea. But I have had bowel movements about three times this morning. Stomach still sour with some cramps at 10:21 am. The Bistro melt was the only change in my diet yesterday. | Symptoms: Cramps, Soreness, Diarrhea
