Woke up so sick today in Sayulita both my friend and I. Now I’m reading this blog and I’m feeling dumb for not having done better research. One thing I’ve noticed is that it’s incredibly hot and humid and none of the restaurants have AC which means food is entering the danger zone even if it was handled correctly before. Just a guess. Of course there’s factors like heat exhaustion, some alcohol , and usual travel stress so maybe it all built up wrong but we’ve never been sick like this before. I recommend Treda for diarrhea and Ibuprofen for body ache and lots of electrolytes. Maybe avoid the food in general if you’re nervous and get packaged snacks at Oxxo. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Body Ache
