Greetings,I am writing to report a suspected case of foodborne illness that I experienced after eating at the Schlotzsky's location on December 23, 2025 at 3903 Gaston Ave, Dallas, TX 75246
Approximately 30 minutes after consuming the food, I began experiencing severe stomach cramps and explosive diarrhea. These symptoms lasted for several hours and were accompanied by chills, fever, shakes, and a headache.
