Ate bbq chicken pizza 7/3 around 12pm. Became sick around 12 am with nausea, diarrhea, vomiting, severe body aches, chills and fever. Severe sickness lasted 24 hours, didn’t feel better until 48 hours later. Felt like I was dying for 24hrs, I could hardly walk around. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Other, Fever, Chills, Body Ache
