sunday not sure exactly but we ate at Seaforth restaurant in cape town and 5 of us are now ill the people who got ill ate the sea food platter and chicken | Symptoms: Vomiting, Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain

I seriously empathize. Went through this in beginning of January and STILL dealing with the after effects. Go get blood work done if you can, and Biofire testing. Different restaurant but our entire family were affected. I ended up hospitalised with 9 serious bacterial strains found; including eColi, Shigella, ETEC, and Shiga producing toxins which are life threatening. Don't leave it. Go get checked out thoroughly asap! All the best.
