Eat nachos from van on resort currently in A&E drip in dehydrated, stomach craps can’t keep any liquids down, so painful I’ve passed out with pain 3 times! Not happy! | Symptoms: Other, Cramps, Dehydration

same thing happened to me. I was told I had salmonella and had to take meds for 10 day. That was a week after going through the pain you described above.
