Bad food poisoning from Sedona tap house on may 1st 2025 it has now been 5 days and I am still very I’ll - update* I have been throwing up now for the past 6 days with severe type 7 diarrhea- cannot keep anything down - went to doctor and got a stool sample - may need to go to hospital if symptoms don’t subside soon due to risk of dehydration- one positive thing is since I got sick - every single time I have burped I could taste the roasted chicken wings I ate 6 days ago which are suspected to have made me sick - however just in the past few hours I have burped without tasting those chicken wings - so maybe it’s finally clearing out of my system - I will never eat roasted wings again | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Headache
