1 person had — diarrhea and nausea
“I’m pretty sure it was the Beyond Burger. 3 hours after eating I had horrendous diarrhea, nausea, headache. ”
“I went to get some of there food and soon I eat the fries and woke up I threw up every where and had to use the bathroom ”
“I'm writing this on behalf of my boyfriend, who was violently ill on 12/3/19 after eating a chicken caesar salad. Around an hour or so after eating, he was hit with extreme exhaustion, left work, and by the afternoon was projectile vomiting and experiencing extreme chills. After reading another coinciding... report about this happening to someone after a salad from Urban Remedy, I would advise to be careful with ordering meals with lettuce here for the time being. It was so scary. I've never seen him that sick before. Beware. ”
“I had recently been eating Urban Remedy salads, and salads made with mixed lettuces from Organic Girl (in Salinas, with romaine as the first type listed), as a mainstay of my diet. This past Tuesday, I felt fine, but at bedtime it was suddenly as if someone had flipped a... switch, I was in extreme pain (abdominal), and then spent the night projectile vomiting and defecating, sometimes both at the same time. Fever and chills, with uncontrollable shaking, added to the picture. And yet more pain.
Went to the ER, got diagnosis of E Coli (don’t know the variant) in kidney and blood. Blood pressure dropped to dangerous levels, as low as 80-something over 40-something, and stayed there for a couple of days. Fevers spiking, etc.
ER gave IV antibiotics and a heavy-duty oral antibiotic call Levofloxacin (fyi, my recommendation now that I know more about it: never take this if you have any other option.) After a couple of days in hospital with docs telling me I could die, I convinced them to let me go home with oral antibiotics, on the condition that I would return immediately if anything got worse.
I’ve just finished the antibiotics, and am at least able to eat a tiny amount of food, now, and stand up (carefully) for small amounts of time. I’ve never needed to go to the ER before, very rarely need to see a doctor, and am usually very active. But I am still not out of the woods on this, and am facing at the least a slow recovery. (Based on doctor advice, research, and the fact that I can still barely stand.) I don’t know if this is food-borne in origin, but I think that is one likely possibility. ”
“The chicken , We all had 20 pieces . Spent almost 100 for some I though would be good food . Unfortunately we all ended up sick . Four of us . I called the store she said we recently got inspected our store is clean . Ok lady stuff... still can happen . ”
“This was my second time going there. The first time was about a year ago. Went to there alone last night around 6pm. Ordered a “Sideshow burger” - comes with fries, to-go. Note: The cashier never asked how I would like my burger cooked. (Thought I believe that’s a normal... procedure). Got the burger and left. Ate my burger in my car on the go. Noticed that the burger didn’t taste as favorful as I remember, but continued to eat it.
Later that night, about 2am I got this sharp pain in my stomach that woke me up. I went to the bathroom and started sweating profusely! Literally drops of sweat coming from all over my body, I lost feeling in my arms - they went limp, I started to get light headed... I thought I was doing to die! It felt as if all of the blood in my body was focused on getting that stuff out of me. To say the least, I got sick in the outward direction.
This meat was definitely contaminated. When I called the place the next day, the manager on duty acted like it wasn’t a big deal. Still waiting to hear from the owner. ”
“Avocado After I ate it, my tongue immediately started feeling weird, then numb. Then bad stomach pains, heartburn, dizziness, headache, stiff neck, nauseated, kidney pain. I am the only one that ate it, at 7 pm Monday night. I am still sick. ”
“I had 3-4 different flavors with fruit and granola. About 15 minutes in, I couldn’t finish it. I had a fever and became extremely nauseous along with stomach pain. I experienced vomiting and diarrhea for a few hours in the early morning. This isn’t my first time having frozen yogurt... but it’ll definitely be my last. ”
“Three of my family members ate these cookies and had diarrhea and nausea the next day. This actually happened twice before we made the connection to the cookies. I never contacted the store itself but I did contact Nabisco Monday morning and asked if they had any other complaints on... this. They claimed they had not and didn't seem too concerned about it. Did not ask me for any package information. I feel pretty confident there was something wrong with these cookies being 3 of our 5 family members had the same symptoms whereas myself and one other did not eat any of these cookies. Symptoms showed up 12-24 hours after eating them and with two of my family it had happened twice. This is how we narrowed it down to make our conclusion. ”
“Ate a sandwich, pickles for lunch today, just like yesterday but today I ate an unopened bag with great value corn chips. They are something I have bought alot but never had what happened today. Several hours later the bad cramps started. Bowel movements did not help until diarrhea started.... Then cramps subsided. Had to keep going to bathroom. Bag number is: 7874206163 ”
“Chef Boyardee canned ravioli I didn’t eat dinner as I wasn’t hungry Earlier in evening so around 11-11:30pm before going to bed I ate a can of the chef Boyardee ravioli and 15 min after that I was in bathroom with diarrhea and a bucket to vomit and was so... nauseous. And the pain in my stomach was awful I was screaming and crying out to my husband because I didn’t know what was happening. Broke out in a sweat and actually got a little blurry-eyed which was really scary. I thought husband may have to call an ambulance. Eventually I was able to crawl out bathroom to lay down. STAY AWAY from these food products something is deadly wrong!! Shame on them for selling food that makes people sick!! ”
“Pretty sure it was beach club #12 sandwich I had the sandwich for lunch around noon. Then I went to get dinner and all of a sudden got very sweaty and nauseous and almost blacked out. I proceeded to vomit a few times and had horrible diarrhea that turned into... defecating straight blood and no feces. This lasted about a day and a half. Symptoms began about 7 hours after eating the sandwich. ”
“I brought select 7 anamial cookies yesterday when I seen date it said exp Nov 8 2019. Please check the dates. I called the head quater and they did nothing about the problem. ”
“I ate the chicken nuggets from the four for 4 a little after I ate everything else. They looked like they had been heated up (frozen) but I ate it anyways. In less than 24-hours I had food poisoning symptoms i.e. nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea ”
“On June 8, 2020, I purchased a bucket of chicken. I consumed a chicken wing and some skin off the other pieces of chicken. I began to feel sick a few hours later. My stomach hurt. I had a headache. I was nauseous and eventually began to vomit. It was... all chicken. The chicken is the only thing I ate. I was the only one in my home that consumed it (I warned my husband and son not to eat it. I had to take off of work because I was still sick the next day. ”
