ER Visit After Sandwich - Sheetz, Ashland Virginia

Had the "big mozz" chicken sandwich on 8/27/17 around 7pm. Within an hour felt sick. Within 12 hours began uncontrollable nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, abdominal pain. After those symptoms continued for 6 hours I was taken to the ER and ended up being admitted to the hospital. Extremely dehydrated, septic, barely conscious. Spent 4 days in the hospital where I had to be pumped with every antibiotic known to man. Absolute nightmare | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
