Pizza Order Causes Illness - Food Delivery, Davao City Davao Region

On January 1st., Not sure, however 7 of us are living in the same household. Only 6 of us got sick after eating the pizza we ordered from Grab. We ordered pizza from Pizza Pedricos on December 31st at around 10pm PhST and my family and I ate it, except my mom because she was sleeping. Only 6 of us ate the pizza. On January 1st at noon we (6 people) started having abdominal cramps and diarrhea, and on January 2nd my sister fainted due to dehydration and so we rushed her to the hospital. It's January 4th and we are still at the hospital and have diarrhea. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Cramps, Dehydration, Nausea, Vomiting
