Me and my fiance ordered the Rio Grande combination plate yesterday afternoon. Not too long after I got really sick which lasted all night. My fiance around midnight started to feel really uncomfortable, this morning he couldn't stop vomiting and having extreme pain and diarrhea it got so bad he is now in the hospital getting food poisoning tests and hopefully will get medicine to help him feel better. But this is not OK. We have never experienced this bad of food poisoning and the fact that my fiance is now in the hospital because of how bad it got is absolutely outrageous and frustrating. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Headache
