July 10, 2022 my wife experienced the exact same symptoms after eating at the Silver Diner in Falls Church. She had originally reutrned the salad after noticing it was dirty (ate only 1/4). Within an hour cramps and nausea. We cannot say for sure that it was the Silver Diner but that was the only food she ate. If it gets worse, she will go to the hospital and we will learn the exact cause.

This is just an update. I was poisoned on Monday March 27,2023. I was in the hospital for 2-3 weeks with an NG tube up my nose, not able to walk and could hardly talk. The General Manager at Panera Bread gave me the number to their insurance company Selective Insurance. She denied my claim after I mailed her over 1,000 pages of hospital records including pictures of my hospital stay and Urgent Care visits. They need to pay for my hospital bills, my pain and suffering because it's not over I'm still suffering mentally, unable to do the things I bused to enjoy and my hair has been falling out. The only conclusion is that he got food poisoning from the salmon, because I do not feel sick. So either the salmon was undercooked or it was left out for too long before it was served.
