Ordered the Thai Cauliflower Quinoa Pasta @ 8pm 12/31. An hour after eating: diarrhea until the guts were emptied.

July 10, 2022 my wife experienced the exact same symptoms after eating at the Silver Diner in Falls Church. She had originally reutrned the salad after noticing it was dirty (ate only 1/4). Within an hour cramps and nausea. We cannot say for sure that it was the Silver Diner but that was the only food she ate. If it gets worse, she will go to the hospital and we will learn the exact cause.

I had the vegetarian huevos rancheros at about 10am on 3/11 and was feeling ill about 10pm that night. Vomiting began at midnight and it switched to diarrhea the following day.
