I had a number 4 way large with onions and beans.  Well around 5:30 to 6:00pm I have ordered it for dinner I went home. Then I ate my dinner I felt fine after and then an hour after I got sick very sick. And I am still sick I’m about to go the hospital. 
Like right now an hour after I ate | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
