Got a monster size slim Jim from here and ate it on the way home. I felt kinda off like something didn’t taste right. Started feeling a little off at home and went to sleep. I woke up a couple hours later with the chills and an upset stomach. I started sweating and feeling like I was gonna pass out. I ended up throwing up a lot and having diarrhea through the night. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Chills, Sweating
