My son loves slim Jim's. We have come across a few that smelled bad and immediately threw them away. I swore them off for my 4yo son buy he just loves them and always ends up getting a box from his grandma. The latest box he had made him so sick. He threw up for 2 days and could not eat anything. Now he has had watery pale diarrhea, headache and very stinky gas. Like nothing we have ever smelled before. We have giant german shepherds and they can cause some stinky gas but this coming from my son is way worse. 😞 | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Headache, Gas
