Slim Jim Multi-pack My son ate one last week and said he had heartburn. I ate one last night. Woke up 2 hours later with some profound vomiting and diarrhoea. With abdominal pain and nausea. It is the only thing I ate different from everyone else in my house and I am the only one sick. if it does not improve by 2:00 p.m. this afternoon I will have to see a doctor. As I have already taken all at home measures I can take | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Heartburn
