My friend knows I like slim Jim’s and so he brought me one of the savage slimjim‘s when he came over last night January 10, 2021. I ate less than half of the slimjim the following day. I couldn’t eat a lot because I felt so nasty eating it. After I ate it I took a nap for about three and a half hours. I woke up feeling extremely nauseous I had to rush to the bathroom and I felt as if I was vomiting my whole guts up. Most of what came out was the SlimJim that was all I ate on this day. Within that hour of me throwing up the first time I puked three more times and had diarrhea. I couldn’t even look up food or smell without vomit sitting in my throat. I couldn’t lay down because it felt like I wasn’t able to hold down the vomit. I was convinced I had food poisoning so I went to patient first. They ran urine and blood test because I told them how not only was I am feeling nauseous throwing up and having diarrhea I also had cramps and I was feeling very fatigue I had no energy. While I was waiting for the doctor to call me back I felt so fatigue so faint. After they ran all the test they told me it’s not food poisoning that I had an infection in my stomach. In 24 hours all I ate was that SlimJim and I felt perfectly fine before didn’t feel sick didn’t feel fatigue none of that. From the moment I woke up I could not keep anything down not even the water. The doctor told me the following day I should not return to work and rest and that I would be able to return back to work January 13, 2021. The doctor said if I don’t feel up to return on the 13th I should see a provider as soon as possible as it should be mild to almost resolved by then. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps, Fatigue
