SmashBurger Philadelphia Airport Terminal FI was traveling yesterday and stopped in at SmashBurger in Terminal F for a classic burger and Pepsi at around noon. It was the only meal I’d had all day. Over the next few hours I kept burping and tasting the burger. By the time I landed in NH at around 4 I began to feel nauseous. I waited at the airport until a little after 5 for my colleague and then we drove to the hotel. I was in bad shape. We arrived at the hotel and as soon as we got out I knew I wasn’t going to make it inside the hotel. I told her to go on, don’t wait for me. As soon as I took about 5 steps I started vomiting and simultaneously defecating. Later, I made it into the hotel and into my room. I spent the next 4 hours feeling miserable with chills and horrible nausea. I will never eat SmashBurger again. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills, Burping
