Additional information: I ate a bbq platter from Smokey bones for lunch this weekend. After coming home I felt sick and spent the rest of the night with pretty bad food poisoning. I had chills, threw up 10 times and had diarrhea. This was the ONLY meal I had that entire day so there is nothing else it could have been. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Chills
