I had the 20 ounce “Slim and Trim” Chocolate Smoothie from the kiosk in Perimeter Mall. About 30 minutes after drinking it I started to experience intense stomach pain. About 30 minutes after that I was sweating and feverish and began vomiting. The pain continued long after I stopped vomiting. Please save yourself the pain and avoid this place. | Symptoms: Fever, Vomiting, Sweating, Stomach Pain
