I ordered a 32oz chocolate shredder smoothie after my workout. It’s been several hours and now I am having severe abdominal pain and nausea. This is the only thing I’ve eaten outside my normal routine and is the only thing that could be making me feel sick. The thought of chocolate now makes me want to vomit. I feel as though the nausea will probably lead to vomiting at some point tonight. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting
