Smoothie Illness: Nausea & Vomiting - Smoothie King, Gonzales Louisiana

Ordered the nutty super grain with blueberries added and drank the whole thing around noon. At about 3pm I started feeling nauseated. By 5pm I was throwing up an absurd amount. This happened two more times, spread out over 5 hours. I haven’t felt that sick in a long time. 😞 | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
