Today I bought the strawberry xtreme and literally started feeling like I needed to take a dump after I drunk it, but I didn’t actually need to. A hour or so later I started feeling nauseous. Me thinking I may be hungry, because all I had today was the smoothie tried eating some chicken, but was to nauseous to eat it. Long story short soon as I made it home I headed straight to the toilet. Diarrhea and vomiting at the same time smh. Stomach cramps & diarrhea for the rest of the day was my Saturday
