October 29 2018 I purchased a green tea smoothie with peaches from the 110 Troup Highway in Tyler TX. Approximately an hour latter I became very sick. I vomited. I went into the restroom in Target because I could not drive home. I became so sick that I could not move. Target management called an ambulance because I was in bad shape. EMTs gave me medication for nausea. When I arrived at Christus Mother Frances Hospital I was sicker and in pain I then started diarrhea and move vomiting. I was prescribed medication by the emergency room doctor. A few days latter I still have discomfort in my gastric area. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Gas
