I am currently on the third day of being very sick from eating breakfast tacos. I have thrown up at least eight times I have diarrhea, And it feels like there is a small creature eating away at my stomach. I think the food was contaminated there or it was Salmonella because my two friends that also went with me got sick as well. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
