I attended the Indian Cultural event on Thur 102518 around 5pm. I attended with 6 other coworkers who sat together. 5 of the 6 got sick. I got sick Sat morning around 7-8am. Watering diarrhea followed by fever chills light headedness and nausea. Symptoms lasted for 4 days. Days 5-8 I still was easily tired which is not the norm and needed naps. I missed 2 days of work. After returning to work I discussing with coworkers and found out about 40 people that I know also got sick. 2 people wen to the ER and others went to the doctor and urgent care. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Chills, Lightheaded
