Pasty, Muffin: Severe Illness - Water, Bridgwater England

I had a traditional pasty and cherry Bakewell muffin at around 12pm yesterday, I started to have some cramps around 4pm then started severely vomiting with diarrhea from around 8pm throughout the night I finally got some sleep at around 4am, I have been bringing water back up and am aching all over the only thing I can put it down to is what I ate from the bakery. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Headache
