activated charcoal helps to make u vomit or purge everything out the other end. Idea is to get it all out asap. Hot peppermint teas help soothe, parsley in hot water helps settle tummy or makes u vomit incase u need to but can’t. Hot bag on tummy helps.You need to get it all out b4 u get well. Suppositories (glycerine) are also handy if u need to purge and its stewing if u guys know what I mean. That ur backed up and are sick. Stewing is torture and drags your illness. Good luck get well soon, been there many times all the above help including Gravol.
