I ordered a sonic chicken sandwich combo with tots around 11pm. It came out super fast, and food was not fresh sandwich was kind of tough, pickles seemed off. Tots were dry and kind of cold. I was starving and had already left, so I ate what I could and threw the rest away. Here I am at 1 am after having severe cramps, vomiting my entire stomach out. It got to the point where I couldn't breath because I had small chunks of food stuck in my throat from vomiting. Its 1:20am, and I'm finally able to sip water without throwing up. Something was off about this meal, aside from it seeming like it was someone else's order that had been sitting for 30 minutes. I'm displeased, in trauma, and will NOT be returning to sonic for the foreseeable future. I am absolutely traumatized. I should have stopped at the first bite and taken it back, but I'll own up to it partially being my fault because I was starving. Regardless, it was clear that it was not "fresh every time". Sonic, please, do better. It literally says that on your building. I'm still gagging 20 minutes after my last throw up.
