Sonic Illness: Repeated Symptoms - Sonic, Memphis Tennessee

Ate twice at this location 1st time I ate on December 8th and the following several days I began to feel dizzy, exhausted, headache, nauseas, and more. I began to vomit and have diaherria several time and took myself to the er, when the vomit smelled of skunk. My system cleared out and I ate post working an artist show I own and operate after work from the same location and symptoms were on set much quicker this time and I had the medication to expell it. I vomited whole onions this time more then 12 hours post eating. I've been sick twice post eating at the same location. Something is wrong here. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Headache
