“I've been sick for almost three days now with a minor headache and diarrhea. My stool formation is mostly solid but I was passing A LOT of air and a bit of clear watery mucus. If you have similiar symptoms, then you know someone else out there has it too. My diet is vegetarian, I've eaten broccoli,... spinach, celery, beets, kale, sweet potatoes, green bean, mashed potatoes, bread and cheese before my stomach started to rumble.
I did a pick up order from here on Jan 23. The groceries I ate last week are 1. Broccoli Crowns, 0.31 lb 2. 1. Kale Greens, bunch 2. Marketside Fresh Spinach, 10 oz 3. 1. Beets, bunch I hope I helped and I'm feeling a lot better, no more symptoms and I didn't take any antibiotics.
I ate some Enoki Mushroom and pre cut baby bella mushrooms from Aldi in the last week of January too.
The sweet potatoes came from a local organization that gives away free food, the program is called Go Fresh USA and I believe I got it in the week of January.
The green beans and mashed potatoes came from my work which is in a hospital and I ate it last week. ”
