Between Aug 14 or16! My Moma order a burger with 3 meats. The only thing she ate that day within hour she sick running fever vomitting cramps stomach pain! She had to go to urgent care where she had food poisoning! We have contacting Sonic but never heard back and my mom is 78 years old that was very bad on her at that age! We can’t get c fax number or any contact info to send them the medical records | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Headache
