I ate around 1:15pm today, I had a Big Mac 10 peice nugget, and small fry. I took a bite of my Big Mac and it tasted almost like cinnamon. Kind of chemically. I spit it out, took a drink and kept eating as the rest tasted fine. About 30-40 minutes later I was in pain trying to use the restroom. Left my job early, the second I got home I projectile vomited multiple times, was having dihareah and vomiting at the same time. I had a 102.1 fever. Very very displeased and will never return. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
