2 spicy mcchickens, husband started vomiting within 30 minutes of eating half the sandwich, I started having same symptoms 8-10 hours later. Thought we were going to die. Husband went to hospital but after finding it was food poisoning I stayed and rested in bed for 14+ hours. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting
