I ate the Spot Salad at around 2:15 pm local time on August 14, 2021. I felt ill immediately after eating the Salad. I felt so ill that I could barely drive. I arrived home at around 4 pm and went to bed. I had horrible headaches, hot and cold feeling, trembling, nausea, and diarrhea. I vomited at around 9 pm. I am still feeling a headache but I felt much better after I vomited. I vomited green Salad, nuts, and whatever the salad had in it. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Other, Headache
