On 10/6/21 I bought a pumpkin muffin and about 3 hours later I experienced nausea and diarrhea and then a fever. I felt these symptoms for the next 15 hours. This was the only food I consumed before experiencing these symptoms. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Fever
