OBSERVED A MICE INFESTATION AS EVIDENCED BY 10+ FRESH DROPPINGS AND 2 DEAD MOUSE ON GLUE BOARDS ON THE FLOOR UNDERNEATH SEVERAL UPRIGHT REFRIGERATION UNITS IN THE REAR KITCHEN. DISCUSSED WITH MANAGER TO UTILIZE AN INTEGRATED PEST MANAGEMENT (IPM) APPROACH THAT INCLUDES SANITATION, EXCLUSION (RODENT-PROOFING) AND PROFESSIONAL PEST MANAGEMENT TO ELIMINATE VERMIN ACTIVITY/INFESTATION.
