My coworker and I ordered a breakfast sandwich around 8am, and at 2pm our stomachs started hurting a lot, we both had diarrhea, and felt nauseous. We ordered the same food and ate at the same time | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain
