“Nauseous, diarrhea, muscle aches right after drinking my coffee that was delivered from door dash I received my door dash ordered which was a coffee from there. “Grande Cafe Latte. Like the other stories it didn't taste right. Like something might've been spoiled. I only drank 1/4 th of it. I became very dizzy and nauseated. It's been a few hours later and I can't get that spoiled taste out of my mouth. Only one drink was... ordered. I was talking to a friend had a few sips and though ugh this is kinda gross. Then a few moments later I was nauseated and dizzy. I had to vomit and now three hours later my stomach is still upset and a little dizzy. ”
“This morning i had a mocha frapuccino, it was the only thing i had drank/eaten all day! the drink tasted a bit off from usual although i didn't think anything of it! a couple hours later i had a headache and nausea which turned into excessive vomiting! ”
“It was the only thing I ate, and when I was eating it (sausage roll the one you get toasted) I just didn’t taste right. I normally always enjoy this and finish it but this time I didn’t. I felt sick after but it was tolerable but as soon as... I got home I was very poorly and could barely stand up. I have a terrible stomach ache and I have already vomited twice and had bad diarrhoea.
“Crispy chicken sandwiche 4 for 4 2 people, I ate at around 3pm had diarrhea shortly after then fell asleep at 7pm because I was no feeling well then woke up at midnight throwing up and haven't stopped since ”
“Steamed KingCrabLegs With 30 minutes of eating the steamed king crab legs which really I should not have eaten because they were cold but I assumed they were making sure that they weren't sitting out longer than they should. Anyway I ate 3 king crab legs, 3 hush puppies which... were warm and tasted fine e and a very small slice of prime rib which was sliced fresh and was warm. So the crab legs must have been what made me sick. There was only o e bite that tasted funny but it was one of the last pieces that I ate. Within 10 minutes I started feeling grumbling in my stomach and 10min later I went and threw my guts up ”
“I ordered a family size of jalapeño poppers. 30 minutes after eating them I felt my stomach start cramping. A little while later I was in the bathroom. Here it is almost 16 hours later I still can’t leave from the bathroom. ”

“February 1, 2020, at 1:47 PM. I purchased 3 Haagen Daz ice creams, 14 oz size, assorted flavors, at this store. The first one was consumed immediately, the same day. It appeared to be OK. The second one was consumed later that evening. The second one seemed to be OK,... but as I got closer to the bottom, it was obvious it had not been refrigerated properly. The bottom had melted and then refrozen, before I bought it. Ck'd my freezer, the thermometer showed a temp of minus 5 degrees F.
Developed nausea a few hours later that night, then extreme fatigue for the better part of a week, Notified the store manager, of the refrozen ice cream and asked him to ck with his vendor to try to prevent future occurrences. He sent me an email a few days later indicating he wanted to discuss it with me. Saw him Feb 7th, Thursday, at the store. I told him I wanted to discuss it as well but was in a hurry, would do it later when it was mutually convenient. He, not to be put off, followed me down the back stairs and started an apparently prepared speech. YOU ARE MAKING A LOT OF COMPLAINTS. IT SEEMS WE CAN'T PLEASE YOU. NO ONE HAS EVER COMPLAINED BEFORE. He even quoted the ice cream vendor, who was not present, as saying, he, the vendor had never a complaint about melted ice cream, he repeated his speech several more times with the additional filip that, "YOU WOULD BE HAPPIER GOING SOMEWHERE ELSE.”
As background, the store freezer, full of ice cream, had malfunctioned a short time before that. Many pints of ice cream had melted but were refrozen when the freezer came back on. I mentioned to him, at the time, those ice creams should be disposed of. The vendor or he may have been putting a few pints of refrozen, spoiled, ice cream back in the freezer in an attempt to minimize the dollar loss.
Whatever the cause, spoiled ice cream should not be sold. Telling customers to go somewhere else is not an effective way of dealing with concerns about spoiled products. They and the Health Department need to take the necessary steps to prevent future occurrences.
“Ordered food for 4 people, but only three of us consumed a McFlurry and a shamrock shake. Symptoms of stomach virus started about an hour after finishing with vomiting, stomach cramps, diarrhea, nausea. ”
