I had two slices of pizza from Giant Slice at the state fair of Texas at 8pm. I woke up at 430 am vomiting and diarrhea at the same time. Stomach pains/cramps, chills. I went through the Emergency after I couldn't bare it anymore. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills
